Nicole Horlacher

As the founder and namesake of Horlacher GmbH, I would like to make my experience and knowledge available to you. My passion is HR work and the people behind it.


After many years in HR, initially as an employee and then as a freelancer, enable With the founding of Horlacher GmbH, I now exercise my passion in a team. (does it enable me to set up? Was it possible for me to set up?) ... my passion found a home for me and my employees with the establishment of Horlacher GmbH.


Through constant part-time training and further education as well as my bachelor's and master's degrees, I was able to expand my specialist knowledge and my calling and successfully implement it in various industries and numerous companies. For me, the HR department is the heart of a company and an important part of its success.


Respect and preserve the tried and tested, keep improving what is good, open to new things, vigilant for changes in the environment, curious about innovations and the seemingly impossible - these virtues combined, the saying "nothing is more constant than change" means to me. For me this is a way of life that I live and work by.
